My journey spans three continents and more than two decades of discovering how inclusion transforms organizations from the inside out. Born in Argentina during turbulent times, shaped by 24 years building my career in the United States, and now calling Spain home, I’ve lived the reality that our differences aren’t obstacles—they’re our greatest competitive advantage.

Growing up in Buenos Aires during political upheaval taught me early that when diverse voices come together, extraordinary things happen. That lesson became the foundation of everything I do today. As founder of The Fagnilli Group and creator of the Inclusion-Driven Performance framework, I’ve spent over 20 years working globally, showing Fortune 100 companies, startups, and organizations across every continent how inclusion isn’t just a moral imperative—it’s the secret ingredient to unlocking human potential and driving sustainable growth.

Lakshya Sivaramakrishnan is a Technical Program Manager at Google with the Payments team. She has managed the Women Techmakers Program in India for about five years, prior to this role. She has founded the Prayogshaala program which is a one week online bootcamp to nurture young women in technology. She has received the "Women in AI Leadership Award" by Analytics India Magazine and the "Women in Corporate Allies - Emerging Diversity Champion Award" by Women's Web in 2020. Cristina is a seasoned professional responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. Tim Macavoy is Head of Product at Radius Networks. We have helped top global organisations develop their EDI ecosystem, in particular employee networks and their leaders, for 18 years. Tim came to Radius in 2017 to launch their Employee Network Leadership Programme, and enjoys the broad range of challenges and opportunities that come with supporting so many industries and locations as a new and connected workforce.
 Tim has a broad background in technology, media, and the arts, as a designer, journalist and performer. He also has practical experience of founding and leading inclusion networks, from student union to LGBT youth radio, Microsoft ERGs to InterTech Diversity Forum.

Iryna Tytarchuk, PhD in Economics, is a lecturer at the Department of Public Relations at the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” and a Research Fellow at the University of Manchester. She is also a mentee of the 2025 Arqus European University Alliance programme, a civic activist, and an expert in gender equality and women’s empowerment. Iryna’s professional interests lie in the development of SMEs, the role of women in the economy and society, and attracting investment to fund women-focused initiatives. As a gender expert, Iryna actively collaborates with international organisations and donors including UN Women, USAID, GIZ, CUTIS, and UNDP. Born and raised in the United States and having lived in Mexico as a teenager, David spent most of his adult life in Massachusetts before recently choosing to settle in a small town in La Rioja, Spain—where he continues to support global innovation while embracing a more grounded, community-centered life. She holds a PhD in Law, an LL.M. in Innovation, Technology, and the Law from the University of Edinburgh, and a degree in International Law from Tartu University. She also completed the University of Oxford’s Cyberspace and Society programme.As Co-founder and Director of the Institute of Innovative Governance, Anna leads high-impact projects on AI regulation and cybersecurity, advising the Government of Ukraine, international organisations, and industry stakeholders. She currently leads the UI engineering and Tech Design teams on Call Of Duty at Sledgehammer Games in Toronto

With over 17 years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, international cooperation, and investment promotion, Catalina has built a strong career at the intersection of innovation and inclusive development.
Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles across government, international organizations, and the private sector in Latin America, Europe, and the U.S., working to position cities and regions through foreign direct investment, innovation policy, and global events.
