Workshop Facilitator

Yelyzaveta Bieliaieva
Deputy Executive Director of the NGO Ukrainian Center for Investment and Trade Promotion, Project Manager of the Women IN initiative.
She has over 6 years of experience in the civil society sector, focusing on supporting women entrepreneurs and creating favorable workplace conditions for women. She has implemented more than 15 successful projects in the field of gender equality and women’s entrepreneurship development. Co-author of the board game “Women IN: Leadership and Business” and a regular facilitator of its game sessions.
Tetiana Sorokopud
Project Manager at the NGO Ukrainian Center for Investment and Trade Promotion and the Women IN initiative. 

She has 3 years of experience in the civil society sector, specializing in the development of women’s entrepreneurship and the implementation of gender-sensitive workplace practices. She has delivered 5+ projects aimed at expanding opportunities for women. Facilitator of the original board game “Women IN: Leadership and Business”, which combines elements of education, skills development, and teamwork.
